LINER COATING MONTAGE TECHNIQUE
The PVC membrane is prepared by opening on a smooth and clean surface, the parts to be welded are prepared by cutting and firstly angle bracket montage is done.
In flooded pools, overlaying process starts with overflow drain. Since both sides of overflow drain are covered with PVC-coated brackets, furnishing of liner into drain is extremely easy in flat pools. In amorphous pools, it is necessary to nailing flat lath or clinching liner on internal corners of overflow drain. After this process, side walls of pool are coated. In order to achieve this coating, the pre-prepared PVC membrane is hanged by stretching in a way not make pots to existing brackets on upper corner. All side surfaces are coated in this manner. After making sure that laid materials do not make pots, welding operations are started. Side surfaces and joining to floor are as follows.
After PVC membrane coating process is finished, pool is filled with water, a depth for about 20 cm. Thus, PVC membrane is stretched and flanges are mounted and opened. In addition, nozzles in wall and flanges of underwater lamps are installed by filling water up to 10 cm below relevant site.
On ladder steps and other slippery surfaces, nonslip Membranes are placed on existing flat PVC membranes if desired. Membranes are placed with adhesive or hot air welding system.
